Weekly Worship: Windle & Moodie, Healgel and Korres
About a year ago I stumbled across a haircare brand in Liberty called Windle & Moodie. I'd call the experience love at first sight.... after all, I'm sucker for good branding. However after trialing the brand's Light Shine spray for the last few weeks it's clear Windle & Moodie isn't just style over substance. It is one quality haircare brand...

Win: Hayo'u Beauty + Wellness Products
Hayo'u is a new wellness brand designed to help you tackle your toxic stress levels, as well as make you look younger, feel stronger and become more energised. Can I get a yas kween?!
At the heart of Hayo'u is the brand's amazing wellness programme. Distilled from the 7,000 year old wisdom of Classical Chinese Medicine, the programme works alongside Western Medicine, creating self-care rituals designed to make fighting the effects of stress an effortless, enjoyable part of an at-home health and well-being regime. The best thing about these self-care rituals is that they are free! A visit to hayoumethod.com will provide you all the stress-busting resources and tutorials you need to feel better.
To support the self-health benefits of the Hayo'u programme, the brand recently released a range of beauty and wellbeing products that I've become obsessed with.
My favourite products in the range are the Bathe-Rite De-Stress Bath Minerals, Treat-Rite De-Stress Body Oil, Treat-Rite De-Stress Face Oil and Beauty Restorer. The Bath Minerals and De-Stress Body Oil make for the perfect pampering duo, as they help to soothe and nourish the skin, as well as calm the mind! However the Beauty Restorer and Treat-Rite De-Stress Face Oil have more of a fix-your-face focus.
Formulated with vitamin E, sweet almond oil, karanja oil and calendula, the Treat-Rite De-Stress Face Oil deeply moisturises the skin, whilst combating oxidative stress and UV radiation damage. The lightweight oil is also the perfect skin saviour, treating skin conditions (eczema, acne and psoriasis etc.), correcting pigmentation and repairing dry and flaky skin. However as skin-benefiting as the Treat-Rite De-Stress Face Oil is, the real power player is the Beauty Restorer. This simple (but gorgeous!), self-treatment tool is based on an ancient Chinese Medicine technique called Gua Sha. To activate the Beauty Restorer's beauty benefits, you simply rub and scrape the tool (don't be scared!) across the face in an upward motion. Doing this promotes lymphatic drainage which helps reduce toxicity and congestion. It also enhances nutrient supply and draws out tension!
Now I love the new Hayo'u product range so much, that I'm offering one of you lucky bitches the change to win all four of my favourite products (worth £150)!! To get involved, simply enter via Rafflecopter...

Behind The Brand: Rouge Bunny Rouge
Date of Birth: 2005
Founder: Alexandra De Montfort
History: Alexandra De Montfort, the founder and creative director of Rouge Bunny Rouge, always saw beauty and cosmetics as vehicle for play, allowing women to create a persona that they could present to the world. "Make-up is intimate, make -up is emotive; I believe it is not about a trend or new hue or shade, it is not about imposing a look or even dictating a style. It is about a signature and ultimately create elegance, a level of confidence and a way to express yourself" Alexandra has said.

The Tuesday Tip: Lipstick Before Liner
When it comes to applying lipstick, the standard rule is that lip liner should come first. Most girls apply liner before lipstick to help them see and trace the natural line of their lips. However this doesn't necessarily make the lipstick look better, it just helps with application. So I like to break the rules and apply my liner last. Imma bad bitch after all...

Grooming: The Best Boys Toys
When it comes to boys toys, there’s a whole world of gadgets out there to get us guy's going and - for me - it doesn't get more exciting than grooming gadgets. Some amazing electricals have launched this year, so the time had come to put them through their paces. Luckily Sophie had just the man for the job, her flatmate and fabulous friend Doug...AKA me!

Morgan Taylor is a nail lacquer brand that I have a lot of love for. Every single polish is packed with pigment and has a smooth AF consistency. The polishes are also long lasting and chips are few and far between! So when the brand launched its new collection, you know I was ready for a nail blessing...

The Palette Power Players
I never used to go wild for makeup palettes. For me, they were more style over substance - containing just one or two colours that were actually wearable. However over the past few years beauty brands have been creating the kind of palettes that have me hitting pan on every shade. And, over the last few months, I've discovered a few palettes I've become obsessed with...

Weekly Worship: Look Good Feel Better Brushes
Look Good Feel Better (LGFB) is an international cancer support charity that provides free services for women suffering from the visible side effects from cancer treatment. It's fucking amazing.
Being diagnosed with cancer is heartbreaking and frightening and, if that isn't enough, treatment - as vital as it is - often causes visible side effects that can seriously affect a patient's self-esteem and confidence. Look Good Feel Better recognised this less-talked-about issue and, as a result, began improving the self-esteem and quality of life of those undergoing treatment for cancer.
