To make a large or wide nose appear smaller, all you need to do is reach for the highlighter!
After applying your foundation, swipe a light highlighter down the centre of the bridge of your nose, in the straightest line possible. The contrast of colour between the highlighter and foundation will make the sides of your nose appear darker, which will in turn make the nose appear narrower. The nose will look even smaller if you blend a tiny amount of bronzer or contour on either side of the nose. When done, be sure to set the look with translucent powder to ensure everything stays in place.
A liquid or powder highlighter will do the trick. I'm obsessed with the Urban Decay Naked Illuminated in Luminous (£22.50 Debenhams / $29.00 Sephora). This soft, silky powder highlighter provides the most gorgeous metallic sheen and only a tiny amount of product is needed to create impact. It is a makeup bag must have!
