Weekly Worship: Barry M, BUXOM and Maybelline

I'm a sucker for an eye shadow palette and Barry M's latest is no exception. It is called the Treasure Chest and it's so good, you won't believe it cost just £12.99 (feelunique.com). Treasure chest is made up of 18 matte and metallic shades, ranging from a rich burgundy and metallic silver, to a shimmer peach and pastel lilac. The pigments are strong and impactful and the velvety texture of the shadows make application and blending an absolute dream. The shadows also have impressive lasting power - both in the palette and on the eyes!

Another recent makeup favourite is the BUXOM Va-Va-PLUMP Shiny Liquid Lipstick (£15 feelunique.com). Available in 20 colours, this highly pigmented, long lasting lipstick feels incredibly comfortable on the lips. Its lip-hugging applicator also keeps application as precise as possible. If that isn't enough for you demanding gals, BUXOM's Va-Va-PLUMP Shiny Liquid Lipstick contains the brand's much-loved tingling lip-plumping ingredient to keep those pouts youthful af. I love these liquid lipsticks for a number of reasons, however their amazing non-sticky formula and gorgeous shade range is what really gets me going. I'm obsessed with Wine Me (top swatch) and Honey Do (bottom swatch)!

My final favourite is the Maybelline Lash Sensational Boosting Serum. If you love the hero lash boosters like Rivitalash, but don't love the cost, this Maybelline alternative may be perfect for you. It is for me! Using it is super simple - you just apply the serum to the lashes, twice a day, using the mascara wand. The formula is clear, so it wouldn't matter if you didn't apply normal mascara over the top!

Maybelline claim that you'll be blessed with fuller and thicker lashes after using this for four weeks. From my experience, these claims aren't wrong. Although the Lash Sensational Boosting Serum didn't provide my lashes with a jaw dropping transformation, it did create a noticeable difference that has resulted in a repeat purchase!! Judging by reviews, this lash booster doesn't work for everyone. However, at £14.99 (feelunique.com) it's worth the risk!
