Feelunique Desert Island Delights | Alice Hamilton

It's that time of the month where I hunt down a Feelunique employee to uncover which three products they'd take to a desert island. After all, no one knows beauty better than the gorgeous people behind Europe's biggest online beauty retailer.

This month's victim is Alice Hamilton, Content Executive. She not only writes the copy for the Feelunique website and newsletter, but she is the amazing writer behind the editorial features on The Lounge.

Charlotte Tilbury Legendary Brows (£18.50

While I won't be able to bring my whole bag of makeup tricks with me, I will insist on at least having my brows on point. This one from Charlotte Tilbury is my go-to, it's made with 'magic' elasticising wax and vitamin E, so you can groom your brows without that unnatural 'crunchy' finish. If you're wary of those heavy-looking, overly-contoured brows of Instagram, fear not, this gives you really natural-looking, textured boy brows (which are much cooler!).

Weleda Skin Food (£12.50

This might seem a strange choice, but I'm honestly addicted to Skin Food. It's a super multitasker; it quickly soothes any dry patches, but if like me, you love that glossy skin look, this is just the ticket. This is used by so many makeup artists to give models a healthy sheen and a little goes a long way - I just massage a little into my skin, focusing on the high points of my face, and it gives me the most lovely, dewy glow ever - I don't even need to use highlighter afterwards.

SILKE London Hair Wrap (£45

I am lucky to have very thick hair, but it's often unruly and hard to style and I would imagine the climate of this desert island won't be doing me any favours. So, I will definitely be bringing my trusty Silke Hair Wrap which keeps my tresses in check - I wear it most nights and in the morning my hair is smooth, shiny and much better behaved. You can even tie your hair in a bun or braid before tucking into the wrap to get some wavy texture.
