2 Wood by DSQUARED² is a woody fragrance created by Daphne Bugey and Olivier Cresp. Daphne Bugey is the nose behind K by Dolce & Gabbana and Le Labo Tonka 25, while Olivier Cresp is the man responsible for Givenchy Gentleman Eau de Parfum, and Paco Rabanne Black XS.
The new fragrance contains top notes of lemon, citron, and pink pepper, middle notes of cedar, Haitian vetiver, silver fir, and cypress, and base notes of musk and amber.
The scent is lively, fresh, and energetic and is designed to be worn by both men and women. That being said, the fragrance leans more masculine in my opinion. It has good projection and excellent longevity, with just a few sprays lasting many hours after application.
