Motherhood | Craft Coffee Club Review

craft-coffee-club-review

If there is one thing I depended on in the early days of Ezra's birth it was coffee, coffee, and more coffee (it still is to be honest). You have such little sleep during the first few weeks that these drinkable pick-me-ups are perfect. The problem is, the more sleep deprivation you have, the more you forget to keep your coffee supply up. Luckily there is a monthly subscription box that will deliver those beautiful beans direct to your door. The brand is Craft Coffee Club and I was luckily enough to review a box after Ezra was born.

Craft Coffee Club was born out of a desire to bring luxurious single-origin coffee to people's doorsteps, whilst supporting independent farmers across the globe. For every subscription received, the company donations back to the communities from which its coffee beans are sourced, helping their businesses and families to prosper!

Each monthly subscription box includes two Full Bags of Coffee (250g each), a selection of foodie treats, the occasional free gift, and a mini magazine. The Feel Good Magazine provides food and drink recipes and information on the other brands included. Most importantly, the magazine gives you the lowdown on coffee included in that month's box, as well as tasting and brewing notes. You'll be a coffee connoisseur before you know it!

My box contained two bags of Grumpy Mule grounded coffee, a Tony's Chocolonely chocolate bar, Rhythm 108 biscuits, Popcorn Shed gourmet popcorn, Mr Filvert's mixed nuts, Nutty Nibbles pistachio fudge pieces, and a reusable mug! Not bad for just under £25!

A monthly subscription box cost £24.95, however the more months you sign up for, the cheaper the cost of each box. A three month membership will cost you £22.95 a box, whereas a full 12 month membership will cost you just £19.95 a box! You can also avoid the subscription model completely and opt for a gift hamper - whether for a friend or simply for yourself (it's always important to treat yourself, of course). The gift hampers are just £22.50 and are available with both grounded coffee and whole bean coffee. You can find out more by visiting the brands website - craftcoffeeclub.co.uk.
