The Easy Way To Whiten Teeth

I am obsessed with achieving perfect teeth. Mine are ok but I'm constantly debating whether to hook myself up with veneers and take my mouth to the next level. The one good thing about my teeth is that they're pretty white and, achieving this has been simple. I am often asked how I get them this way, so it's about time I shared my secret. After all, it's really not that complicated - it's just great toothpaste and a quality toothbrush...

First things first, you need to hook yourself up with a sonic toothbrush - I use the Philips Sonicare EasyClean Toothbrush. Sonic toothbrushes are just like electric toothbrushes, only they brush teeth a zillion times faster and they slay. They shit all over the regular non-electric toothbrushes, so if you're currently using one of those, throw it away immediately and get yourself an upgrade...it's 2016 sis!

The other important step in achieving whiter teeth is to choose the right toothpaste and the only brand worth reaching for is Arm & Hammer. Don't even waste your precious time researching anything else. Trust me. I've been using Arm & Hammer toothpaste for years as it keeps my teeth bright and pearly white; on the few occasions I've used other brands, I've always been a little disappointed.

The brand produce several different types of toothpaste, ranging from sensitive to advance whitening and they cost £3.20 / $3.50 max. I really don't know why Arm & Hammer toothpastes work well for me...dental knowledge isn't my strong suit! But what I do know is that they're all formulated with baking soda - a common household product that doubles as a powerful teeth whitening treatment. Whatever the brand's secret it, I appreciate it!
