By now you are probably very familiar with the standard eyebrow lifting trick. You know, the one where you apply highlighter under the arch of the eyebrow to make eyebrows appear higher and eyes look brighter. Well you can actually lift the brow even more by applying highlighter above the brow!
All you need to do is blend a tiny amount of highlighter above the eyebrows - just past the arch.
