First apply a small amount of salt spray to towel-dried hair to create a tousled texture. Whilst blow drying, twist chunky sections of hair in a backwards motion to encourage the hair to create natural waves. Once dry, loosen the twists with your fingers and finish with an extra spritz of salt spray.
As for what salt spray to use, Peter recommends the Schwarzkopf got2b Beach Matt Texturizing Salt Spray 200ml (£4.19 Boots / $4.22 Walmart), as it provides great texture and lift, without weighing the hair down or making it stiff.
