What's The Beau(Tee)? | Lancome Launch Teint Idole Ultra Wear Lifeproof Collection

LancĂ´me is one of just a handful of cosmetics brands offering up a truly wide foundation shade range. The foundation in question is the Teint Idole Ultra Wear and it is available in 40 different shades. It was a huge successful for the brand, and rightly-fucking-so (I'm a huge fan - you can see my review here). So successful, in fact, that it was inspiration for the cosmetic giant's new collection, Teint Idole Ultra Wear Lifeproof.

There are four complexion-focused products in this new collection. They include:

  • Prep & Matte - a light mattifying and hydrating primer that minimises the appearance of pores to help improve foundation wear and control shine.
  • Blur & Glow Stick - a multipurpose blurring stick that minimises the look of imperfections, reduces the appearance of fine lines, and mattifies the skin. Can be used for touch-ups during the day - to fix access shine - or as a makeup primer. It features a lightweight non-sticky formula that has a translucent finish.
  • Fix It, Forget It Setting Mist - A transparent fixing spray that keeps your makeup in place for up to 24 hours, whilst also providing a natural-looking, mattifying finish. It also keeps skin hydrated and protected from pollution thanks to the inclusion of vitamin C, moringa and hyaluronic acid.
  • Long Time No Shine Setting Powder - a loose setting and mattifying powder that eliminates shine without masking skin. It is available in two shades - 'Transparent' for light to medium skin tones and 'Deep' for dark skin tones.

The Teint Idole Ultra Wear Lifeproof Collection ranges between £28 - £32 and is available nationwide and online from lancome.co.uk.
