Review: YSL Instant Moisture Glow

If you have your eyes on the beauty world, you'll know that YSL has been putting a big focus on complexion. So far this year, the French beauty giant has launched the Touche Eclat All-In-One Glow Foundation, Touche Eclat Colour Correcting Blur Primers and Instant Moisture Glow. I recently got my hands on the latter and have been putting it through its paces over the last few weeks...

The first thing you notice about the moisturiser is how incredibly lightweight it is. It has a gel cream texture that feels like velvet on the skin once absorbed (which doesn't take long FYI). It sits on the skin evenly and works well with other liquid and cream products - no eraser peeling here! In fact, it actually makes for the perfect primer - I find my makeup sits better on my skin and lasts longer when I use this. You also don't need a huge amount of product per application - it is one of the few products that actually only requires a pea-size amount.

Importantly the YSL Instant Moisture Glow makes good on its promise by blurring the skin perfectly and creating a more flawless looking complexion. What I love the most, is that it's able to blur the skin without drying it out or leaving that heavily caked feeling. Another YSL triumph.

The YSL Instant Moisture Glow is £36.00 for 30ml and is available at feelunique.com.
