Earlier this year I finally had the opportunity to try an MDMflow product - the Supreme Liquid Matte Lipstick - and I finally understood what the fuss was all about. Like many liquid lipsticks, the MDMflow Supreme (£25.00 mdmflow.com) comes packaged like a lipgloss, equipped with a lipgloss applicator. It applies just like a lipgloss and initially gives the finish of a lipgloss. However if you leave it to set for just a few minutes, without letting your lips touch, the liquid lipstick dries, leaving a beautiful velvety matte finish that is pigmented for the gods. Oh, and it does not move....for hours after application.
What I love most about the Supreme Liquid Matte Lipstick is the precise application you can achieve using the applicator alone. Without the use of a lip pencil, creating the perfect bold lip with just a lipstick or lipgloss is rare AF. However the Supreme applicator is designed in a way that, as if by witchcraft, helps me to create a flawless bold lip every fucking time I use it.
