Skandinavisk is a fragrance specialist from Copenhagen, Denmark, that creates a variety of homecare, skincare, bodycare, and haircare products. The brand was founded by an Englishman called Shaun in 2012, who fell in love with a blonde Scandinavian gardener in Denmark and never left. The Skandinavisk fragrance collection is inspired by almost 20 years of travels across the Nordic region. The scents are described as subtle and refined, and based on aspects of Scandinavia the brand consider to be precious to the inhabitants and exotic to the outside world. They blend these unique fragrances with colour, symbols, and a single local word rich with meaning to create unique impressions of Scandinavia.
Interestingly, in 2019, Skandinavisk was one of the first perfume and cosmetics brands in the world to become a Certified B Corporation; a comprehensive company certification that measures the impact of all their decisions on their staff, their suppliers, their customers, their community, and the environment.
