Behind The Brand: Laboratoires Filorga

Date of Birth: 1978

Founding Father: Dr Michel Tordjman

History: Laboratoires FILORGA was created by Michel Tordjman, a French doctor of aesthetic medicine who had a big time fascination with cellular biology. Before Botox graced our sweet earth, Tordjman developed a range of hyaluronic acid-based injectable products for the medical profession.

Dr Tordjman's greatest creation was NCTF®, an anti-ageing mesotherapy product that increases fibroblast stimulation and collagen production and reduces free radicals. With over 3 million bottles, NCTF® is now the leading polyrevitalising agent used in mesotherapy treatment throughout the world.

Beauty power-player, Didier Tabary acquired FILORGA in 2006, with a desire to grow the brand's medical offering and make aesthetic medicine more widely accessible. His plans were successful... in 2007 FILORGA launched MEDI-COSMETIQUE® and became the first medical laboratory brand to launch a range of over-the-counter products inspired directly by non-surgical anti-ageing procedures.

USP: FILORGA is a leading provider of anti-ageing solutions for both the medical profession and the general public.

Offerings: The FILORGA skincare collection comprises of 18 products designed to treat a variety of skincare concerns. Products range from cleansers and masks, to night creams and serums.

Hero Products: Time Filler, Foam Cleanser, Nutri-Filler Lips and Optim-Eyes® Contour.
