Weekly Worship: Smith & Cult SS17

As a self-proclaimed nail polish addict, I love trying out new nail colours and trends. One of my favourite nail polish brands is Smith & Cult, as whatever the colour, each polish is smooth af and dries with a brilliant shine. Without stating the obvious, the Smith & Cult bottles are also the most beautiful bottles in the game...why wouldn't you want them in your beauty cabinet?!

Aside from the beautiful packaging, texture and finish, one of my favourite things about Smith & Cult polishes is their 8-Free formula. Each polish is free of Dibutyl Phthalate, Toluene, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, Camphor, Xylene, Ethyl Tosylamide and Triphenyl Phosphate - all toxic ingredients that you don't want near your nails!

I was recently hooked up with the brand's SS17 nail collection and it is bloody gorgeous. The collection features just three colours, two of which are limited edition. The first is Exit The Void, an opaque periwinkle, the second is Sugarette, an opaque white smoke, and the third - which (hallelujah) is here to stay - is Glass Souls, a silver glitter. Like all Smith & Cult polishes, this trio provide a highly pigmented and uber glossy finish that lasts a good week without any chipping. They retail for £19.00 / $18.00 and are available at net-a-porter.com, Space NK, Selfridges, Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus.
