Grooming: Gucci Guilty Absolute Review

Men of the world listen up. A new fragrance has dropped that you need to get acquainted with. It is the Gucci Guilty Absolute...

This new scent is the first fragrance creation from Gucci's creative director Alessandro Michele, in collaboration with master perfumer Alberto Morillas. Morillas is one of the biggest names in a fragrance industry and the man responsible for classic fragrances, such as Marc Jacobs Acqua di Parma Colonia Intensa, Bvlgari Man and Givenchy Pour Homme.

Gucci Guilty Absolute (£54.00 Boots / $78.00 gucci.com) contains top notes of leather, middle notes of patchouli and cypress and bottom notes of wood and velvitier. The scent is sensual, sophisticated and very masculine.

Although this eau de parfum's fragrance is powerful on application, it doesn't carry the lasting power you'd expect. This scent lasts for a good four to five hours, making Guilty Absolute best suited for an evening application.
