The Tuesday Tip: Make Your Polish Pop!

Have you ever purchased a nail polish (usually neon or sheer) that looks amazing in the bottle but far from amazing on your nails? Well I have a quick tip that will ensure these type of polishes stay vibrant and true to their bottle colour!

All you need to do is apply one layer of opaque white polish to your nails first. The white base will cover your natural nail colour - preventing it from altering the nail polish colour - and instead replace it with a colourless base that will really help your polish pop!

Any opaque white polish will do, however I use the China Glaze White On White 14ml (£6.95 beautybay.com / $7.50 ULTA) as its pigment is as strong as its lasting power!
